Registration Fees*

* The full conference registration (non-companion/guest) includes: Proceedings, Technical Sessions, Embedded Workshops, Welcome and Farewell Receptions, Gala Dinner, Lunch and Coffee Breaks. The companion/guest registration only includes the registered social event(s).

** Regular Rate applies for online registrations made after 19 Feb 2026, and on-site registrations.

Author Registration

• Author Registration Deadline: 23:59:59, 9 Feb 2026 (CST).
• Each Full (non-student) Registration is valid for up to TWO paper submissions.
  • Every paper accepted for presentation at the symposium must be associated with one Full Registration by an author or co-author.
  • The registration fee covers the first two papers. If an author wishes to register more than two papers under a single Full Registration, an Additional Paper Fee of USD 200 applies for each subsequent paper.
• All regular paper submissions are limited to a maximum of 5 pages.

Tutorials

For ISCAS 2026, Tutorials are FREE OF CHARGE for all registered participants. However, to manage capacity and ensure a quality experience, the following policy applies:

• Each participant can select a maximum of two tutorial sessions (one in the morning and one in the afternoon).
• Please select your preferred sessions during the online registration process.
• Participants will receive their tutorial admission tickets at the conference registration desk on-site.

Conference Policies

• Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing to [email protected] and received by 19 Apr 2026. There will be an administrative fee of USD 200 deducted from each refund.
• Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than 19 Apr 2026.
